Return & Refund Policy – ANN LYNN

(For Domestic & International Customers)

1. Return Window

• Domestic (India): 2–3 days from delivery date

• International: 45 days from delivery date (accounts for longer shipping times)

2. Eligibility

All items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

• Have all tags and packaging intact.

• Be free from odors, stains, or damage (e.g., moth holes, pet hair).

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom/personalized products.

• Sale/final-sale items.

• Intimates/undergarments.

• Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., shrunk wool).

3. Return Process

1. Initiate Return:

   • Email lm@gyglocallymade.net within the return window.

   • Include: An order number, photos of items, & reason for return.

2. Approval:

   • Domestic: RMA number issued within 48 hours.

   • International: Return instructions + RA number provided.

3. Shipping Back:

   • Domestic: Customer pays return shipping (tracked recommended).

   • International: Customer pays unless errors is on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped).

   • Wool Care: Pack items dry, in sealed plastic, with moth repellent if possible.

4. Refunds

• Processing Time: 5–10 business days after inspection.

• Refund Amount: Product price only (shipping fees non-refundable).

• Method: Original payment.

• Currency: Original currency of purchase.

5. Exchanges

• Domestic: Available for size/color (within 3 days).

• International: Not offered due to customs complexities. Instead:

  • Return for refund → Place a new order.

6. Defects & Errors

• Report within 24–72 hours (domestic) / 7 days (international).

• Provide photo proof. Verified defects qualify for free replacement + return shipping.

7. Restocking Fee 

*"A 10% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns for international orders over $200. This covers inspection and repackaging costs."*
